How It All Started

Nima spent 16 years driving trucks. During that time, he started collecting and reselling damaged pallets that were being thrown away. He didn’t even know people bought pallets until a customer offered him $10.50 each for what he had stacked on his truck.

That was the beginning.

He started repairing pallets in his backyard with a screwdriver, no forklift, and no workshop. He’d go looking for offcuts of timber from local factories just to have enough material to fix what he’d collected. Every dollar he made went straight back into the business.

Building The Business

Just before COVID, Nima left truck driving to go full-time. He started working out of a shipping container.

Nima then managed to secure a property to continue to grow his business in Chipping Norton. That’s where the business took off.

Nima invested everything back into the operation. He bought his first drop saw, an air compressor, then a pallet machine and band saws. He imported German-engineered cutting equipment that took a year to arrive. When Noora left her job in childcare to join the business, she saw the scale of what Nima had been doing on his own and couldn’t believe it.

Together, they built Mr Pallet into what it is today.

Where We Are Now
Today, Mr Pallet operates out of a full-scale manufacturing facility in Ingleburn, NSW. We supply pallets, crates, boxes, saddles, pallet collars and timber to companies across mining, engineering, aviation, HVAC and more.

What Drives Us?

For Nima, it’s always been about two things: service and quality.

We’re not the cheapest option, and we don’t try to be. Our timber is sourced from the best mills, every product is built to a standard that Nima personally holds his team to, and no order ships unless it’s right. Customers come to us because when they compare our product to what they were getting elsewhere, the difference is obvious.
